Wow the apartment exceeded our expectations,very neat and convenient.Everything we ever needed was in that room,hair dryer, iron,pots and pans, utensils, glasses, plates, toaster,stove,oven,air conditioner, shower cap, shampoo, lotion,shower gel etc.It is a home away from home.Very secure parking and wheelchair friendly.The staff also went and extra miles to assist us when my friend's car couldn't start,the brought the jump starter.Friendly staff from the security to the reception.Thank you so much,I look forward to seeing you again soon.

The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. On arrival I received a welcome drink. When I arrived in my room after check in, I received a phone call from reception to ask if everything was in order with my room. Security staff in the basement parking were also super helpful, especially since the parking spaces are quite small and hard to park in. The breakfast was very good. I also had an excellent view from my room of the Union Buildings, which I wasn't expecting. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Absolutely amazing ,not enough words to explain.Happy and helpful staff,clean, well furnished apartment. Location ideal .Its safe from the moment u enter the place up to your room !!! I highly recommend,there's a restaurant at the ground floor too ,I mean all solutions in one place.Closer to Brooklyn Mall#IamComingBackSoon#AmbienceOnPoint

I loved everything about Hotel 224, the breakfast was to die for, my room 1102 was cleaned and it was very comfortable. I loved the services that the driver offered to me, I got to work on time and they fetched me from work on time as well and they were very friendly. Overall I would recommend Hotel 224 to everyone. I loved every single thing and their staff is so welcoming and user friendly :) and they had an ironing room wow I could go on and on about their hotel.

It was the ideal location for our trip to the Eye Institute. We felt safe and the secure parking was near to the the lift and easy accessible. The buffet supper and breakfast was very good. The staff was was friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help.

the apartment was spacious and clean, beautiful views from the windows. food was delicious and well prepared. the staff were very friendly and they went out of their way to assist us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. the Manager was also very accommodating and sweet. we were upgraded from the hotel room to an apartment without a hassle.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was just as amazing. It was a Buffet, but excellently prepared each and every food item was amazing, the Chefs were really experienced as well as all the staff. They offered shuttle services and that was so great too, and they offered a really safe and wonderful environment.

From the receptionist that checked us in. She was a pure delight. Hassle free and friendly efficient. Thank you. Apartment was spotless and the bed, we slept like a dream. The bathroom with the added bonus of a bath. Hot water at the drop of a hat. Perfection. Breakfast was more than enough as usual. Every single part of hotel was on point as usual.

Mduduzi's warm welcome at reception....very efficient and made us feel at home. The cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was good. To top it all, I was not aware that I lost my bank card until the reception called...I unknowingly dropped it next to our car and the card was safely delivered to our room. That is integrity right there🙏
